Never make promises that you know will end up causing mass destruction
Seven's Point of View
"WE NEED MORE ANIMATORS ON THE LEFT WING!" I commanded yelling into my communication device.
We were in the left most wing of the Lament Army's base on the Animators home planet. Our job was to get this planet back from the Lament's without causing destruction. It didn't seem to be going smooth! More and more Lament's pilled out of the barracks with every blink of an eye. As far as our warriors went, we had many green snakes with body armor and supernatural beings called Animators. Even with the best army around the region we were still creamed if we didn't get more reinforcements!
All around us, warriors were turning into whisps, lifeless forms that is. I quickly morphed into snake form and took out the archers stationed shortly above the barracks. For me, taking archers down wasn't hard, I just threw daggers with the velocity too fast to block. However, for Animators, who could make daggers appear out of thin air, they had a hard time launching the daggers, so they had a slower throwing rate. And that was our problem. After months of training, only ten Animators had gotten the concept right. A drop ship of our reinforcements arrived to the battle. I was about to yell commands to them, when I was lurched back by an attacker. My attacker was a Lament Arachnid, something that looked like a burning spider. Records say one bite from one of these, and you lose your soul. This creature brought it's pincers down, but hit the ground instead, causing a massive shock- wave. During this time I brought my sword right in the middle of his fourth eye. The Arachnid screeched and fell back, crushing many of it's own allies.
"Seven, this doesn't look good, we have to use the emergency plan!" someone yelled behind me.
It was time to make our escape, we ran into the generator room, and found the Lament Reactor. It was a system that generated power for the whole planet, our only chance is to cause a reactor meltdown, similar to a Nuclear Meltdown. We realized it would cause radiation to infect the Animators planet, but that was better than letting these filthy Lament's getting total control of this planet. I was distracted, and when I was I think my comrade may have already triggered the meltdown, and when he did, a fact dawned on me. This planet has multiple Lament Power Stations, and if one had a meltdown, most of the plants around the planet would get pulled into a Lament chain reaction. But it got worse, we all forgot that the multiple moons orbiting this planet were very unstable, one slight overdose of anything would set them off.
"Sir, we have five minutes until total meltdown!"
"Lets go, you may have just lead to the death of millions of beings," I muttered.
Within four minutes we were above the atmosphere, watching tensely at the planet below. Suddenly the planet glowed a golden color, and the sky split apart. Soon after that the first moon came crashing down onto the planet. Mass chaos was born, one by one the moons collided with the planet. Then we saw the Lament's home planet nearby. Approximately seven minutes after the meltdown, the Lament planet was hit by a moon, and it split apart immediately. All the planets near the epicenter were getting pulled in, multiple alien universes were getting obliterated and every second crept by leaving more and more horrific thoughts.
"What the hell did we just do!" I yelled.
"Sir the plan didn't quite work"
"Of course it didn't you little scumbag, you activated it way to early, with to much power!" I shouted.
Upon rage I morphed into a snake and wrapped around this Copperhead and constricted him, hearing his bones breaking with a tiny snap. I let go, and he slumped to the floor. There were going to be attacks on our library now, because we destroyed so many home worlds.
When we returned back to Earth over a dozen Alpha warriors held me at gun point. In the very back I saw the Animator that had originally helped me. I also saw Java dented and beat up in the clutches of two wolves. The crowd parted and Zanzos walked out followed by Raptor. The reptile I thought was my ally. I surrendered and let the Alpha's take us in. I was put into an interrogation room that only had one window. And the window showed a horrifying sight. I saw Java right in front of a scrap metal incinerator with two Alpha's behind him. Even though Java was neutral this was their way of getting answers out of me. Zanzos walked in and the metal door bolt locked behind him. He took out a syringe and all of hell broke loose when he injected me in the neck with it. I felt all slurred and dreamy, and yet pain was racing through my body like liquid lead, I could feel it all.
"This liquid will stop your life if you lie," Zanzos informed.
"I know, and you are a utter filthrag for doing this" I muttered.
"Why did you destroy all those planets, that was more than one million innocent lives, injured or even killed because of your stupidity!" Zanzos yelled.
"We aren't all good in life, my troops made a calculation error!" I replied.
Zanzos looked like he was about to say something but he didn't have a chance, Raptor marched in ann immediately strangled me.
"WHAT THE HELL, YOU ARE GOING TO KILL HIM!" Zanzos yelled.
"Rap...Raptor eh...You fight like a women, going right for the kill" I stuttered.
Zanzos knocked Raptor off his feet, resulting in me hitting head first into the floor. I morphed into a Snake and smashed right through the window, cutting myself and sending shards of glass straight at Zanzos. The Alpha warrior raced towards me, I summoned a piece of glass from the floor and sent it cleanly though his left eye, and he fell to the ground writhing in pain.
Java teleported away from the scene, but before I had a chance to do the same Zanzos grabbed me and smashed me into the wall. He then picked me up again and threw me onto the glass shards on the floor.
"My old friend, you know none of us can destroy each other!" I laughed.
"Well, at least not on my watch!" Strike burst as he charged threw the window.
It was odd, seeing and hearing a falcon do humane things. Enough to give me nightmares, that is if he wasn't on my side. Strike clawed Zanzos's scaly face to the point where many scales were bent at odd angles. Zanzos yelled in pain, and grasped his own face. He got ready to charge, but before he could, I morphed to human, and teleported with the falcon away from this world of chaos.
